A native of Memphis, Tennessee came to San Diego with her husband who was a United States Marine.  Charlotte graduated from Douglass High School and Henderson Business College in Memphis, Tennessee, graduated from Grossmont College in California with an Associated Arts Degree; she attended San Diego State University and earned a Bachelor Science in Business Administration emphasis in Management.  Post graduate at University of California, San Diego Meeting Planning and Communication.

FOODMAKER INC years in accounting and Micrographic Record Retention.  GROSSMONT COLLEGE Micrographic Record Retention.   WATTERSON BUSINESS COLLEGE  Instructor of Travel and Tourism.  MLT PRODUCTIONS  Television talk show host and producer for several programs on Public Access.

CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION Department of Homeland Security contractor.  Owner/Consultant of WORLD TRAVEL SERVICES, CRUISES & TOURS.  MOUNT ZION MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH SD President/Chair of Board of Trustees
